該機采用進(jìn)口數字交流伺服電機及精密滾珠絲杠傳動(dòng)。具有加載均勻、穩定、無(wú)沖擊、測試精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。主要應用于各類(lèi)氣彈簧的性能檢測。
2.主要特點(diǎn)
功能：采用Windows中文操作平臺、人機對話(huà)方式，屏幕顯示試驗力，氣彈簧壓縮量，加速度，試驗力-位移曲線(xiàn)等。
數據處理：計算機自動(dòng)處理各種試驗數據，輸出打印Fa、F1、F2、F3、F4、F5、a、Fo等。
控制方式：可以進(jìn)行預壓縮控制、動(dòng)、靜態(tài)檢測。符合JB/T8064.1-8064.2-96《氣彈簧技術(shù)條件》和QC/T27-1996《汽車(chē)用普通彈簧》的檢測要求及數據處理方法的要求。
